Email your rep or [email protected] with the following:
Updated image of your FFL
Same EIN? (Provide image of your SOT)
Reason for FFL swap (location change, ownership change, etc.)
How you are going to handle any pending transfers
Reminder
Make sure your new FFL # is linked to your eForms account
If you did an address change, make sure your SOT matches — otherwise your F3 could be denied
Once we have all this information we can move forward and send to compliance.
New FFL # and New EIN — New account required
You must provide a new email — we cannot reuse the email on your current account.
Current FFL and current SOT image
Resale Tax Cert (or equivalent)
Customer-facing phone & email (must be different from current)
Email for your dealer login (must be different from current)
Who checks should be payable to
Internal phone & email (if different)
Name, Title, and Email of person certifying Form 4s (usually NFA Manager)
Name, Title, and Email of your FFL RP (if different)
Once complete you will get a new Powered by Silencer Shop Dealer Agreement to sign.
