To get a second location set up, send the following to your assigned Dealer Sales rep:
Current FFL and current SOT image
Resale Tax Cert (or equivalent)
Customer-facing phone & email (for our website)
Email for your dealer login
Who checks should be payable to
Internal phone & email (if different)
Name, Title, and Email of person certifying Form 4s (usually NFA Manager)
Name, Title, and Email of your FFL RP (if different)
Whether you will need training for this new location
Note: All emails for the new account must be different from your existing account — dealer login and customer-facing.
Once we have everything on file, we will send your new Powered by Silencer Shop Dealer Agreement to sign.
