Sonicore Paradox

The Sonicore Paradox is a lightweight modular centerfire rifle suppressor designed for hunters and shooters who prioritize a lighter carry weight over the Rekkr's semi-auto durability. At just 13 oz it is lighter than the Rekkr while sharing the same hybrid aluminum-and-stainless-steel construction: aluminum baffle modules combined with 303 stainless steel inserts create a reinforced core. An integrated self-tightening stainless steel muzzle brake continuously tightens the suppressor under fire. Available in DT (Direct Thread) and OB (Overbarrel) configurations, and in .223/5.56 (1/2×28) and .30 cal (5/8×24) variants. Made in the USA by Lyman Products.

Paradox OB (Overbarrel) — Key Differences

The Paradox OB uses the same construction and caliber specs as the DT but mounts over the barrel, threading on behind the muzzle. This reduces the amount of length added forward of the muzzle, improves balance on hunting rifles, and reduces gas blowback by using the space around the barrel as an expansion chamber. Ideal for bolt-action hunting rifles where overall length and weight distribution matter.
