About Full Auto™
Full Auto™ is an ATF-approved tool that automates eForms submissions on your behalf. Once set up, you no longer need to schedule certification appointments, join sessions, or manually interact with the ATF eForms site. Less time on paperwork means more time running your business.
NOTE: If you would like to be onboarded to the new Full Auto™ process, please reach out to Dealer Support at (512) 843-0017 and select option 2.
Part 1 — ATF eForms Credential Setup
This only needs to be done once — until your ATF eForms credentials change.
Go to your Dealer Portal Dashboard.
You'll see a yellow notice on the Full Auto™ eForms widget, prompting you to set up your credentials.
Click "Set Up."
You'll be redirected to your Account page.
Find the ATF eForms Credentials section and click "Edit."
Enter your ATF eForms username, password, and 4-digit PIN, then click Save Credentials.
Use your ATF-assigned username here, not your email address. Your ATF-assigned username can be found under "My Profile" in your ATF eForms account.
Note: Best practice — whoever vaults their eForms credentials should also be the one signing and submitting. They'll simply enter their name and title for signing & submitting.
Once you've vaulted your credentials, you're enrolled. Your orders may temporarily disappear from your dashboard while they convert to the new process but will be back shortly. You can navigate back to the Account page at any time to edit these credentials.
Silencer Shop received ATF approval for this process, with credential vaulting approved following meetings with NFA and EPS representatives and ATF Chief Counsel. Your eForms credentials are encrypted and vaulted securely in full compliance with ATF requirements.
Part 2 — Submitting with Full Auto™
Once a consumer has placed an order and has registration info on file, here's what you do.
Direct the consumer to complete their signature.
The consumer logs in and clicks Sign & Submit on their dashboard. They will vault their eForms credentials and sign their submissions. Once they're done, the form moves to your eForms queue automatically. This may take a few minutes.
Click "Sign & Submit" on your dashboard.
This opens all ATF submissions that are ready for your review and signature.
Enter your name and title.
Select which forms you are ready to sign with the checkboxes. Fill in the "Name of authorized official" and "Title of authorized official" fields. Click Sign & Submit Selected.
Sign the forms.
Click "Sign now" at the bottom of the form and enter your signature in the Transferor signature field. Click Next to work through all forms, then click Complete.
You'll see a "Form signed" confirmation. Full Auto™ submits the form(s) to the ATF automatically.
Part 3 — Full Auto™ eForms Status
Check the status column in your Full Auto™ eForms tab to track the progress of automated submissions.
Auto-submitting
Full Auto is actively working on this submission right now — logging in, preparing the form, and sending it to the ATF. There is nothing to do. This is the normal "in progress" state. Most submissions move through this stage quickly.
Auto-retrying
This submission has been working longer than usual (more than 15 minutes since it was first queued). Full Auto is automatically retrying — most often because the ATF eForms system is responding slowly or temporarily unavailable. Still nothing to do. Full Auto will keep trying on its own. Click the yellow warning triangle next to the badge (if present) to see the latest status message.
Submit Manually
Full Auto tried multiple times and was unable to complete this submission on its own. This one needs your attention. Click into the form, review the Latest Status message (yellow triangle) to understand why it stopped, fix the underlying issue, and re-trigger the automated submission manually. You can safely close the tab of the session once the session starts.
The Yellow Warning Triangle
If you see a yellow triangle next to any status badge, click it to open the Latest Status of the automated submission. These messages are dynamic and reflect the real-time state of your submission.
