The Dealer Portal now gives you direct access to ATF Form Numbers on any submitted order — no more digging through emails or logging into eForms just to look up a number.
Look for the info icon next to the status badge on any submitted order. Click it to instantly view all associated ATF Form Numbers for that submission.
Where to Find It
The tooltip is available in two places in the Dealer Portal:
Orders Tab — Next to the status badge on any submitted order in your Orders list.
Full Auto™ eForms Section — Next to the status badge in the Full Auto™ eForms tab of the portal.
How to Use It
1. Find Your Order
Go to the Orders tab or Full Auto™ eForms section and locate any submitted order.
2. Click the Info Icon
Look for the ⓘ icon next to the status badge and click it.
3. View Your ATF Form Numbers
A tooltip appears showing all associated ATF Form Numbers for that submission.
4. Copy Any Number
Each number has a copy button. Click it to copy the value to your clipboard — useful for eForms searches or referencing a form.
Available ATF Form Numbers
eForm ID — The unique identifier assigned to your eForms submission.
Permit/Control Number — The ATF-issued permit or control number for the approved transfer.
Internal Control Number — The ATF's internal reference number for tracking the form.
Tip: These numbers are especially useful when searching eforms.atf.gov or when communicating with the ATF or a customer about a specific transfer.
