How to update your credentials
Your vaulted ATF eForms credentials can be updated at any time from your Account page. You don't need an active order to do this.
Go to your Dealer Portal dashboard and click your account name in the top right.
Find the ATF eForms Credentials section and click Edit.
Enter your updated username, password, and 4-digit PIN, then click Save Credentials.
Your new credentials are saved immediately and will be used for all future automated submissions.
If a submission shows "Unable to Log Into eForms!"
This status means Full Auto attempted to log in to your ATF eForms account and failed. The most common causes are a recently changed password or an incorrect PIN.
To resolve it, update your credentials using the steps above, then re-trigger the submission from your Full Auto eForms tab.
If a submission shows "User was inactive at login!"
Your ATF eForms account has been flagged as inactive. Log in directly at eforms.atf.gov to reactivate it, then re-trigger the submission.
