What happens after I complete Sign & Submit?

What to expect after you click Sign & Submit: status progression, ATF submission timeline, and what each status badge means.

What happens right after you click Sign & Submit

Once you complete Sign & Submit, Full Auto takes over. You don't need to schedule a session, contact your dealer, or take any further action. Your submission moves into the automated queue and the status in your Full Auto eForms tab will update within a few minutes.

Status progression

Auto-submitting
Full Auto is actively logging in, staging your form, and sending it to the ATF. This is the normal in-progress state. Most submissions move through this stage quickly.

Auto-retrying
Your submission has been in progress longer than usual (more than 15 minutes). This typically means the ATF eForms system is responding slowly. Full Auto will keep retrying automatically. You don't need to do anything.

Submit Manually

Full Auto tried up to 3 times and was unable to complete the submission. Click the yellow warning triangle next to the status badge to see the specific reason, address the underlying issue, and re-trigger the submission.

ATF receipt timeline

Once your form is successfully submitted, the ATF will send a confirmation to the email address on your ATF eForms account. Processing times vary. Check your current wait time estimate at silencershop.com.

Note about "Join Session" emails

If you receive a "Join Session" email after completing Sign & Submit, you can ignore it. This is a legacy notification and does not apply to the latest Full Auto submissions.
