Who needs multiple logins?
If more than one person at your dealership signs and submits ATF forms on behalf of your FFL, each submitter needs their own ATF eForms account and their own set of vaulted credentials in the Silencer Shop dealer portal.
How to request additional logins
Contact your Dealer Rep to add additional submitters to your account. They will get each person set up with access to the credential vaulting flow in the dealer portal.

What each submitter needs
Before your Dealer Rep can add a new submitter, that person will need:
Their own active ATF eForms account at eforms.atf.gov
Their ATF eForms username, password, and 4-digit PIN
Submitter or delegate access to your FFL in the ATF eForms system
Vaulting credentials as an additional submitter
Once your Dealer Rep has added you as a submitter, log in to the dealer portal and navigate to your Account page. Find the ATF eForms Credentials section and enter your credentials. From that point forward, Full Auto will use your credentials when you are the one signing and submitting forms.
