Your Silencer Shop kiosk can open your FastBound 4473, so customers can fill it out right on the kiosk instead of a store tablet or computer. It's the same FastBound flow you use today. The kiosk just opens your page.
What you need
A Silencer Shop kiosk linked to your dealership. If your kiosk doesn't appear in My Kiosks, link it first (see How to Use the Silencer Shop Kiosk → To link this kiosk to your dealership).
A FastBound account. FastBound is the only 4473 provider available right now.
The kiosk running the latest version. Kiosks update on their own when they're left on and connected.
Set it up (about 2 minutes)
1. Find your FastBound code
In FastBound, open the 4473 tab and copy only the code at the end of your kiosk link, not the whole link. For example, if the link is https://4473.io/92 copy just 92.
2. Open My Kiosks
In the Dealer Portal, open the dropdown in the top-right corner and choose My Kiosks.
3. Connect your kiosk
Click Edit on your kiosk, choose FastBound as the E4473 Provider, and paste your code into E4473 Identifier. The E4473 URL preview should match your FastBound link. Click Save Changes.
4. Restart your kiosk
On the kiosk, double-tap the bottom-left corner, then the bottom-right corner within 2 seconds. Enter the admin PIN 3006, tap Unlock, then tap Restart Kiosk.
What your customers see
After Touch to start, the kiosk shows What would you like to do? Customers tap Start 4473.
Your FastBound 4473 page opens full screen. Customers sign in with the PIN you give them and fill out the 4473, the same as on a store tablet. An on-screen keyboard opens when they tap a field.
A small handle at the bottom of the screen opens Back, Forward, Refresh and Close (X) controls.
When the customer taps X, or after about 2.5 minutes of no activity, the kiosk closes the 4473 and clears the session for the next customer.
Good to know
Your records stay in FastBound.
Silencer Shop doesn't store your 4473s. The kiosk only opens your FastBound page.
The kiosk only opens approved 4473 pages.
If a link points somewhere else, the window closes.
The 4473 must still be completed at your licensed premises, the same as today.
Want to turn it off?
Edit the kiosk in My Kiosks, clear the provider, save, and restart the kiosk.
Troubleshooting
No Start 4473 option on the kiosk.
Check that a provider and identifier are saved in My Kiosks, then restart the kiosk. If it still doesn't appear, the kiosk may need its latest update. Leave it on and connected; it updates on its own.
The 4473 page doesn't load or opens the wrong page.
Check the E4473 Identifier in My Kiosks. It should be only the code (like 92), not the full link.
Your kiosk isn't listed in My Kiosks.
The kiosk isn't linked to your dealership yet. Link it from the kiosk's Admin Menu → FFL Selection.
The kiosk is linked to the wrong dealership.

You use 4473 software other than FastBound.
It isn't supported yet. Let us know which software you use so we can plan for it.
